2022 Festival Schedule

Thursday, March 31st

Meeting virtually by Zoom Conference (Register Here for this free event!)

7-8:30pm–Tamara and Neil Caulkins will moderate a discussion on the recording process from choosing software to microphone placement to getting music on the web. Veteran recording artists and engineers will share their experiences with preparing, recording, editing, mastering, packaging, and distributing their music. There will also be a larger discussion around motivations for recording and how artists can best realize their musical projects.  Featured panel members include guitarists Jessica Papkoff and Michael Nicollela, and recording engineers Steve Turnidge and Andrew Ratshin.

5:30-7pm–Happy Hour+ (for full participants and Day festival ticket holders; appetizers plus drinks for purchase)

9:45-10am–Youth Competition Orientation
